In this video you will use self release, fascial and mobility techniques to help get the tissues around the shoulders and shoulder blades moving. When we lose movement in the shoulders we can end up with shoulder, neck or mid-back pain. We also place sensitive structures of the shoulder at higher risk for injury. Follow along to this video to keep those shoulders moving and decrease pain in the surrounding areas. This is also great for training a neutral shoulder.
