We will use a foam roller and a physioball to stretch and mobilize the areas that usually get tight when our back or pelvis is feeling off. Then we will do a strengthening exercise to help reset the muscles and get everything turned back on and working for you. This is ideal for the person who is typically strong but woke with a little back pain, the person who worked out too hard and is feeling off in their back or for the person who spent too much time lifting, moving or doing yard work and now their back feels off.
