25 minutes of stretching the shoulders, back and hips. This is a great morning or evening stretch if you need a little more than the shorter videos provide. We will work through thoracic mobility which is very important for the shoulders, stretching the hips, which will help the low and mid back. Through out you will work through the mobility of the entire spine.
